Dealing with Bridge Bioscience is easy. Look below for our standard order and payment policies. But if you have a problem, give us a call and we will work it out.

Bulletordering methods -  
Ordering may be done online, or by e-mailing, faxing or calling in your order.  
Bulletordering online -  

You may order online, via the shopping cart, any items listed on the web site and pay online with a credit card via our secure link with Surepay® and JPMorganChase Bank. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. 

  
Bulletpayment -  

Purchase Order: We accept purchase orders from universities, government agencies and Fortune 500 companies; terms are 30 days net. Others may apply for an account with our simple credit application. Either call 603-766-5990 x111 or download a credit application form, complete it and FAX to 603.766.5991. We will provide a response in 1 to 2 business days.

 

International Orders: International customers using purchase orders must pay invoices via wire transfer. For international customers paying via standard wire transfer, orders less than USD 500.00 will be subject to a USD 16.00 service. Contact Bridge at 603-766-5990 extension 111 for further information.

 

Credit Card: You may purchase using a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express

 
Bulletshipping -  
Unless the customer requests otherwise, Bridge Bioscience will prepay and add shipping via UPS ground.  
Bulletcustomer satisfaction -  
Bridge Bioscience wants you to be completely happy with your ordering experience. We endeavor to ship quality products on time and as you ordered. Bulletreturns -  
Product returns will be accepted only within 30 days of shipment. Products will not be accepted without obtaining a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) from Bridge Bioscience. When calling for an RGA number please provide the appropriate invoice number, purchase order number, and date of order.
